John Patrick Hoke - Photography is feeling nostalgic at El Barri Gòtic, Barcelona.

Another older image I’ve reworked while on #lockdown and not traveling. This is from a trip to #Barcelona in 2014, taken in the #ElBarriGotic district a few blocks from The Barcelona Cathedral. (No not THAT Barcelona Cathedral @basilicasagradafamilia LOL … the older one)

This was the first of many trips to the #Catalan city, and honestly, I miss these streets - even Las Ramblas 😇. I’m hoping that the #COVID Pandemic subsides this year and we can all get back to travel once again.

This image was taken with a Nikon D610 and originally processed in Lightroom, but entirely reworked in ON1 2021. Looking at this image I can feel the streets and #alleyways of El Barri Gotic, and smell the food in some of the #restaurants in these back alleys. Of all the cities I have had the pleasure and luck of visiting on business and vacation trips, this is in my #top10 to live in someday <3
