Last night, I drove out to the Francis E. Walter Dam to try again to photograph the #neowise #comet in the northwest sky. Other than a rookie mistake, I left the camera in Aperture priority so exposures were a bit off, I really like the way some of them came out.

This is a 3 exposure #hdr image merged and processed using ON1 Photo RAW looking down from on top of the dam road looking out to the North West around 9pm EDT.

It looks like facebook's photo algorithm has stepped on it a bit, so I will try posting over at the blog when I have time .. and to give more details on the setup, shot and processing.

I *am* going to try and go out a few more nights to shoot it before it disappears for another 6800 years
